How to look after costume jewellery?
There are lots of bits and bobs that you can do to look after your jewellery.

Costume jewellery or fashion jewellery as it is also known should be shielded from the elements and predominantly wet substances, this includes perfumes and aftershaves.
It is also prevelant to not wear costume jewellery into the bath or shower and is especially important to remove jewellery before bed.

With any kind of costume jewellery the elements can sometimes tarnish metal, so you may notice a chance in colour, a great and easy way to remove this is to use a soft cloth to rub it away.
Can I track my item?
UK post - The great new is UK parcels are all sent out via Royal Mail Signed. This method comes with a tracking number and notifies both you and I if it has reached you safely.

International post - There are 2 shipping methods to choose from...
Standard - This is the cheapest method and does not come with any tracking whatsoever. In short, I will not know where these parcels are once they have been handed to the post office, so unfortunately cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
Tracked - I would highly recommend this option to all customers, this method of shipping allows both you and I to know where your item has reached and in case of any postal problems I can contact the shipping courier to locate your parcel, until it is delivered to you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards and also Paypal.
Why do the candles not ship abroad?
I would absolutely LOVE to be able to send the candles abroad, but as it's a new venture I'm taking it a little slowly. There is also the added delivery charge on international post because of Covid-19, so I don't think it will be cost effective for customers just yet!Â
I hope I can soon though, watch this space!
